Special occasion coming up? Celebrate at Pebbles! Anniversaries, reunions, business lunches, holiday parties, and much more! Reserve our large rooms for your group. We even have an activity room in our basement you can reserve all for your own, once your group has eaten to the full.

Great Room

Holds up to 112 guests. Each room has wireless mics, an 8’ x 6’ portable screen, and a projector with a small, built-in speaker. The projector has HDMI or VGA connections and cables.

Family & Living Rooms

Holds up to 96 guests. This room can also be split in half to hold 48. Each room has wireless mics, an 8’ x 6’ portable screen, and a projector with a small, built-in speaker. The projector has HDMI or VGA connections and cables.

Activities Room

Need a place to socialize for longer visits or after hours? The Activities Room has a capacity of 100 with tables and chairs available. Although this room has no audio equipment, the projector and screen can still be used.

Special Pricing for Groups of 20+

Includes:

  • Full buffet, including the grill, hot buffet, soup and salad buffet, and dessert buffet.
  • Coffee, tea, and soft drinks with refills.
  • 2-hour seating time included. Extra time $100/hr.
  • Extra time on an “as available” basis and not available Saturdays and holidays.
  • If extra time extends beyond normal business hours, then the bill must be paid and access given to clear tables when the meal is completed.
  • Extra time must be booked in advance.
  • Minimum 75% room capacity for private room. Extra $15/person to get to 75% room capacity.

Rooms options: 48, 96, or 112 guest capacity rooms. Rooms of 48 have 5’ dividers (when available) for smaller groups.

Downstairs Room

Head downstairs after eating to an open room to continue your event. 

Includes: 

Tables and chairs for up to 80 people.

Back access to upstairs restrooms.
